Official Instructions

Guidelines for Abstract Presentations

All abstracts must be submitted through the official conference website: pacsfoundation.com/abstract-guideline/

  1. Registration is mandatory for submitting an abstract for PACS 2026.
  2. The abstract must not exceed 500 words and should be entered in the box provided in the online abstract submission form.
  3. The PowerPoint presentation should contain no more than 8–10 slides.

A. Abstract Presentation Categories

  1. Oral Paper Presentations
  2. E-Poster Presentations
  3. Video/Image Presentations

B. Oral Paper Presentation

Oral paper presentations should include original research articles only.

Articles should be presented under the following subheadings:

  1. Background
  2. Methods
  3. Results
  4. Conclusion
  5. Images

C. E-Poster Presentation

E-Poster presentations may include case reports.

The poster should include the following subheadings:

  1. Introduction
  2. Case Summary
  3. Images
  4. Conclusions and Relevance

D. Colour Suggestions

  1. For light backgrounds such as white or light blue, use dark fonts such as black or navy blue.
  2. For dark backgrounds such as blue or purple, use light fonts such as white or yellow.
  3. Illustrations, images and photographs should be clear and must show all relevant details.

E. Video/Image Presentation

  1. The total duration of the presentation will be five minutes.
  2. The presentation should include the background, a video of maximum two minutes and discussion.
  3. The video must not contain AI-generated audio or voice-over.

Important Note

Save your PowerPoint file as PPT_YOURNAME using capital letters. Email it by 1 August 2026 to pacsfoundation@gmail.com. Participants must also carry a copy of the presentation on a pen drive. Details of other PG activities will be announced separately.
